Over the years I have bought many many pairs of headphones over the years all different price ranges and I will say with out a doubt these are the best. I recently bought a pair of Grado SR80i and the sound quality is great but since they are a open air design everyone around you can hear everything your listening to.The Audio Technica bleed very little sound which is good when using at work. The one down side to these are they fit a little tight on your head when new. I have listened to them for about 4-5 days so far and they seems to have loosened up and now fit nicely. I listen to all types of music from Dubstep to Classical and all Genres seem to perform very well and maintain a sound clean. I was a little worried when I read some of the reviews about their being a little to much bass but in my opinion I have not found to be a issue. The quality of the build is great, they are pretty light and their snug fit to my head as Im typing this. The cusions on these things are phenomenally soft, the leather is also very soft. I can see and feel the quality in them. The hcusion on the headband is also very nice and soft. The outside part of the earphones are metal and I can tell that they are going to hold up for a long time, yes I know, the band is plastic; however, its really tight and durable feeling. They also sound awsome I can even hear some things that I didnt even know was in songs. The cord is also very nice and durable feeling unlike my AKG's. I havent even had time to burn them in yet and if what they say about them sounding even better is true, then lets just say my mind is blown.
